Crops

We produce a range of arable crops on the farm using regenerative practices such as not cultivating and reducing artificial inputs.

Wheat

We will look at a crop of wheat, see the equipment we use to plant it and how the plant changes over the season. We learn about harvesting the grain and have the chance to mill some wheat into flour. 

Machines

We use some BIG machines on the farm, complete with GPS guidance systems to help us get the job done.  We can look at the combine harvester and have a go at threshing the corn.
